Love Stage!! is a Japanese BL (Boys' Love) manga series written by Eiki Eiki and illustrated by Taishi Zaou. The series has been adapted into an anime and a live-action film.
The first episode of the anime adaptation follows the story of Izumi Sena, a college student who comes from a family of famous entertainers. Despite his famous family, Izumi has no interest in becoming an actor and wants to pursue a career as a manga artist. His life takes an unexpected turn when he is dragged into a commercial photo shoot and ends up meeting the popular actor, Ryouma Ichijou.
As they work together in the photo shoot, Ryouma begins to develop feelings for Izumi. However, he soon discovers that Izumi is actually a boy, despite his feminine appearance. Despite this, Ryouma finds himself unable to resist his growing attraction to Izumi.
